PRICING

All prices are quoted in US Dollar, Euros and in South African Rand. 
Due to fluctuations in the exchange rates, the price of highest
value will be applicable at time of payment.   However, unforeseen
situations can change prices and costs, and those costs and
prices so prevailing will become applicable.


Cape Town Surf Adventures management will do everything within
its power to find suitable wave conditions for surfing.  However, the
final decision on whether to travel to a previously specified area will
be dependent on the weather conditions of the day.


It is recommended that Clients insure themselves for all the
following possibilities prior to their leaving their home base:
a.         Medical insurance including hospitalization
b.         Accident insurance
c.         Loss of baggage or money or credit/debit cards, passport etc.
d.         Cancellations of travel arrangements


Bookings must be paid in full 2 weeks before arrival in Cape Town. 
A 50% deposit is required on making a booking.   A cancellation
before 2 weeks prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee
of 50% of full event price. Cancellation in the 2 weeks prior to
arrival will result in a full 100% cancellation fee. 
Booked Tour Events cannot be modified after arrival in Cape Town.

The management and event co-coordinators of Cape Town Surf
Adventures, reserve the right to refuse to carry, and the right
to discontinue an event, where a Client is found to be behaving
in an unacceptable or illegal manner.


The law of the Republic of South Africa shall govern all matters of
dispute between Cape Town Surf Adventures and its Clients.


Breakfast and a packed lunch, as decided by the Events Manager,
will be given to each Client who has booked a multi-day event, and
is accommodated in accommodation organized by Cape Town
Surf Adventures management.  All other meals, soft drinks,
alcoholic beverages, will be to the Client’s cost.


Clients will be met at and delivered to Cape Town airport.  
All other transport relating to Cape Town Surf Events will be in
air-conditioned mini-bus.


It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that he/she has
the required travel documentation including a valid passport
with blank pages. Clients must approach their local medical
supplier to ensure they have the required inoculations or
medications.   Cape Town Surf Adventures cannot be held liable
for any costs or irregularities that may arise from obtaining
invalid or incorrect or non-acceptable documentation and/or
medical requirements


Cape Town Surf Adventures management, events organizers,
agents or employees shall not be liable for, and shall be exempt
from, any liability in respect of Client’s loss, personal injury,
damage to baggage or personal effects, whether occurring on
the property of, or during an event organized, or while being
transported by, any person acting on behalf of Cape Town
Surf Adventures.
